Triggerfish hires new Director of Strategy John King

John King joins the Triggerfish team as the new Director of Strategy. John will be heading up Digital Strategy, working alongside the Creative, Tech and BA teams to devise, recommend and implement digital strategies that will help our clients to continue to achieve their business goals.

Triggerfish are focused on helping senior leaders find growth by creating an operational rhythm with Marketing and Technology. We see John's role as crucial to our client's future growth and success.

John has 8 years of experience implementing Sitecore Experience Platform. He is very active in the Sitecore Community and recently contributed to Sitecore's Guide to Sitecore Profiling Strategy. This guide helps Sitecore practitioners to better utilise and configure Sitecore Profiling - matching visitors to pre-devised segments based on their behaviour, actions, interests as website visitors progress through user journeys.

John has extensive experience in Digital, Content Marketing, SEO, Ecommerce, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Personalisation, Campaign Management, Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).

John will be reporting to newly appointed General Manager Mirko Roettgers, who commenced in the General Manager role on Monday, after working many years leading digital technology transformation projects at BUSSQ Super.
